What we do?

We help people and culture professionals use social technology to create awesome cultures, great recruitment experiences, and truly impactful learning and development programmes.

Here are some of the things we help with:

  • Building collaborative communities, both within teams and across your organisation.
  • Developing environments where innovation, creativity and learning form part of day-to-day work.
  • Creating greater transparency and a culture in which everyone is a brand ambassador.

 Why we do this?

Without a doubt, technology is changing the way we work and learn. In this environment, it’s easy to think that social technologies are removing human-to-human interactions. Yet it’s the behaviours that underpin the use of these technologies that really count.

Social technologies can open up greater opportunities for communication, collaboration, and thriving communities. It can transform our workplaces – but only if we put people first and make our workplaces more humane.

And we need to. We’re entering a new era of work. Actually, that era is already here.

Not only are we more connected now, but the world of work is more transparent than ever. At the same time, the economic pressure to perform is greater, and the barriers to visibility and entry into many industries keep going down. We no longer operate in geographical isolation.

Technology is creating an environment where being “you” is important for innovation, creativity, and sustained business advantage. But it also allows us the freedom and flexibility to manage our work and personal lives in a way that lets us bring the special things about ourselves to work.

Are you ready for this era?

Consulting

We can come into your organisation, work out what will work best for you, and custom-design something unique to suit you. Some might call this problem solving, but we prefer to call it awesome making.

Learning

We believe that successful learning has just as much, if not more, to do with your culture as it does with learning design. That’s why we offer public workshops and customised, in-house, learning programmes that integrate the two.

Speaking

While writing can be powerful, there’s nothing quite like getting out and talking to people about changing the world. We can speak at your conference or networking event, or directly to your business about social technology and humane workplaces.
